The No Surprises Act, which became effective on January 1, 2022, provides important protections regarding healthcare costs. As part of those protections, we are required to share the following information with you:
For additional information about your rights under the No Surprises Act and the Good Faith Estimate requirement, visit CMS No Surprises Consumer Information, email FederalPPDRQuestions@cms.hhs.gov, or call 1-800-985-3059.
Sessions are scheduled by appointment.
You can request a session through our booking system or by reaching out directly. We’ll work together to find a time that fits your needs and availability.
Therapy works best when sessions are consistent, and we’ll talk together about a schedule that feels supportive and sustainable for you.
We understand that life happens.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, 24 hours’ notice is required.
Late cancellations or missed sessions are billed at half the full session rate. If two consecutive sessions are missed or rescheduled without sufficient notice, your regular time slot may be offered to a client on our waiting list.
These policies help create a steady, respectful, and sustainable space for everyone involved.
We value partnerships with churches, organisations, and employers who care deeply about the wellbeing of the people they serve. If you are referring an individual or team member for counselling, we are glad to work collaboratively and thoughtfully with you.
All therapeutic services are provided with clear professional boundaries and strict confidentiality. The individual receiving counselling remains our primary client, and no information is shared without their explicit written consent.
We offer flexible referral options, including the ability to arrange pre-paid or packaged sessions when appropriate. Any involvement beyond scheduling or payment — including communication, updates, or coordination — requires the individual’s informed sign-off and consent.
Our goal is to ensure that care remains ethical, respectful, and centred on the individual’s wellbeing, while allowing referring organisations to support access to therapy in a way that feels responsible and transparent.
If you’re interested in exploring referral options or packages, we’re happy to discuss what might be the best fit.
